Furthermore, the customer understands and accepts that product availability is subject to change and may be limited due to factors such as stock levels or supplier constraints.

Business Hours: Customer acknowledges and understands that the operating hours of the Business are from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays. Customer acknowledges and understands that the Business is closed on all weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).
10. Custom and made to order products: For all custom and made-to-order products, the customer agrees that once production begins the order cannot be cancelled, refunded, or modified; production and delivery timelines are estimates and delays do not constitute non-delivery or “not as described”; the customer is responsible for providing accurate information and responding to required communications, and any failure to do so does not entitle them to a cancellation or refund. Custom and made to order items are final sale, non-returnable, and produced exactly to the specifications provided at checkout. Products will ship upon completion.
11. Scratch and dent: Scratch-and-dent products are sold as-is and may include cosmetic defects such as scratches, dents, blemishes that do not affect functional performance. By purchasing a scratch-and-dent item, the customer acknowledges and accepts these conditions. All scratch-and-dent items are final sale, with no returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations permitted under any circumstances. Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details before completing the purchase.
