  • Items that are in stock will generally ship within 24 hours of the order being received. Long weekends, Holidays, or Weekend orders, shipments can be expected to ship on the next business day.
  • Items that are made to order will ship upon completion of the order. Any cancellations, for any reason will be subject to a cancellation fee of 10% to 30% depending on the items ordered.
  • All orders will receive shipping confirmation as well as tracking information once the order has been shipped via e-mail to the corresponding purchaser's e-mail used at time of purchase. 3 E-mails will be sent to the customer. One from PayPal, One from ATQ, One from the Postal Service.
  • Any and all address changes are subject to a shipping waiver, signed by the customer to verify any address changes.
  • ATQ and affiliates are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages from door steps, or lack of the customer tracking their orders to their doorstep.
  • ATQ and affiliates under no circumstances will be responsible for any mishandled, damaged, lost shipments as a result of the postal carrier mishandling packages.
  • Products that have already been shipped. Cannot be cancelled in transit.
  • ATQ does not ship products in the middle of the night or on weekends as the post is closed during those hours. Shipments are processed and completed during normal operating hours.
  • Please be advised that we do not work for, operate or own the postal service. As such, delivery ETA's are solely up to the courier.
  • Any items dispatched and subsequently returned due to an inaccurate address or marked as "Return to Sender" will be deemed fulfilled. Should the customer initiate timely communication, the products can be resent at their expense. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be entertained under any circumstances.
  • Our shipping address policy emphasizes the importance of accurate information provided by customers during order placement. Customers are 100% responsible for inputting correct shipping addresses, and any discrepancies leading to a returned product due to incorrect addresses will result in the imposition of required reshipment charges. To ensure a seamless delivery process and prevent any inconvenience, we strongly encourage customers to carefully review and verify their shipping details before finalizing their orders. This policy aims to maintain efficiency in our shipping operations and minimize the impact of address inaccuracies on both customers and our logistics partners.
