Warranties

The warranty provided by ATQ Automotive Products Inc covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, subject to the terms and conditions stated herein. It is applicable only to products that have been installed correctly according to the manufacturer's instructions.

To be eligible for warranty coverage, the products must not be modified or used in any manner other than intended by the manufacturer. Any unauthorized modifications or misuse of the product will void the warranty.

Warranty claims must be submitted within the specified warranty period and accompanied by valid proof of purchase. In addition, customers must provide clear and sufficient photo evidence depicting the claimed defect. Failure to provide satisfactory photo evidence may result in the denial of the warranty claim.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper installation, negligence, misuse, or any actions not in accordance with the product instructions. The warranty is also limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

ATQ Automotive Products Inc reserves the right to determine the appropriate course of action for warranty claims, including repair, replacement, at its sole discretion.

In no event shall ATQ Automotive Products Inc its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use the product.

The customer is responsible for any costs associated with returning the product for warranty claims, unless otherwise specified by ATQ Automotive Products Inc
